How to Use:
Cold Compress Method:
1. Put product in the refrigerator freezer for 30‑60 minutes, take out product, rub it with your hands, and use it after it reaches body feel comfortable
2. Put product in the freezer compartment of refrigerator for 15‑30 minutes, take out product, rub it with your hands, and use it after reaching comfort level
Hot Compress Method:
1. Soak the pack in warm water of about 60℃ for about 4‑6 minutes.
2. Put it in the microwave oven (medium‑low heat) and heat for 10 seconds. The heating time can be prolonged if it is not heated. It cannot be set for 1‑2 minutes at a time. Due to the different power of microwave oven, heating time can be adjusted appropriately, but heating time should not be too long
