How to Use:
Hot compress:
Method 1: Put the product in a microwave oven to heat or cover the product with water, set the medium power for 30 seconds, until it reaches the desired temperature.
Method 2: Put the product in hot water at about 80‑90°C for 3‑5 minutes.
