How to useStatic Cupping: Use for localised issues.Add water or another lubricant to the skin. Squeeze the cup and place it on the desired area while still squeezing. Release the cup (this should create suction). Leave the cup on the skin for 3-15 minutes (3 minutes for first time users, gradually increasing time). If a cup pops off, simply repeat suctioning process.Flash cupping: Best for facial treatment and for cosmetic purposes.Squeeze the cup to create suction (as you would for static cupping). Plase on the skin. Release after 3-5 seconds. Repeat.Dynamic (gliding/massage) cupping: Used to encourage blood flow to a larger area, and targeting sore muscles.Apply oil or another lubricant, or use wet in the shower with soap/body wash. Squeeze the cup and place on the skin. When firmly suctioned, slowly glide the cup in circular, up and down or side to side motions.Cleaning:Wash in hot soapy (dish soap) water.
