Our family-owned, grass-based goat dairy is located in the Pacific Northwest in Centralia, WA. This is where, for the last 93 years, we have been producing the highest quality goat milk products available. Every drop of milk we produce is transported 9 miles down the road to our very own processing facility where we gently transform it into nutritious and wholesome goat milk products.
Goat Milk is an excellent alternative to dairy (cow) and soy based products. Here are four reasons why. Goat Milk is:
Our Goat Milk Colostrum comes from happy, healthy goats in the Pacific Northwest. Goat Milk Colostrum is easier to digest than the traditional cow colostrum that is mass produced.
What is Colostrum?
Colostrum is the thick fluid which is produced as a precursor to mother’s milk. It is found in humans, goats, and other mammals where it is produced by the mother for two days following birth. Colostrum can be described as a brilliantly designed IMMUNE SYSTEM DELIVERY PROTOCOL which effectively “jump starts” a newborn’s undeveloped immune system. Goat Milk Colostrum is unique because it’s from goat milk. This means it is from a source that is closer to human milk than the mass produced bovine (cow) colostrum. Colostrum supplies the body with immune support and is easily tolerated by most. Colostrum is made up of various macro and micro constituents such as cytokines, immunoglobulins, lactoferrin, and more. These components have various biological roles. For example:
Our goat milk colostrum comes in two delivery options; capsules or powder. The capsules contain a 1-month supply of colostrum if you take 4 capsules per day. The free flowing, easy-to-mix powder is sold in a 50g bottle for 17 servings at 2 scoops a day.
Volumes of studies have been done on both probiotics and colostrum but emerging research from the Journal of Applied Microbiology and Biotechnology has found a natural synergy or coalition between these two substances. These recent studies show that overall viability of certain probiotic strains as well as IgG immunoglobulins were strengthened to a greater degree when utilized as a pair than when utilized independently. Bottom line: Probiotics and colostrum should be taken together to have a health effect, greater than the sum of the parts.
