Tips for Use
Make this part of your pre- and post-workout routines and focus on your "trouble spots".

To warm ball, place in warm/ hot water for several minutes (do not boil). Remove from water and towel dry. Touch test to ensure it's not too hot before use.

To chill, put in refrigerator or freezer.

Focus on your muscles and avoid applying pressure to bones and joints.
