This brace is specifically designed to provide customizable compression around your upper forearm, helping relieve symptoms of medial & lateral epicondylitis.
The extensor muscles in your forearm are attached to your upper arm bone (humerus) at a small point called the medial/lateral epicondyle. When you take part in repeated motion activities that cause these muscles to pull, it can cause irritation to the epicondyle over time. This is the point where people feel pain or discomfort that we call medial or lateral epicondylitis. This brace works to compress your extensor muscles slightly below the epicondyle, moving the point of tension and preventing pulling on the epicondyle.
Apply the elbow strap with the compression beads on your lateral epicondyle to relieve tennis elbow pain.
Apply the elbow strap with the compression beads on your medial epicondyle to relieve tennis elbow pain.
Either way you apply, all you need to do is slide the strap through the D-ring and attach fastener at the desired compression level.
Secure fastener and machine wash on delicate with like colors. Lay flat to air dry completely before reapplying. Do not use high temperatures to wash or dry.
The Epicondylitis Elbow Brace is reversible for use on the right or left elbow as needed.
The elastic strap portion of the elbow brace is very low-profile, at only 1/8" thick. The rigid pressure beads are about 1/2" tall to apply targeted support. The fastener is made of medical-grade hook and loop, which will ensure it won't come off throughout the day.
