FLA 3D Adjustable Thumb Brace is the one of a kind brace restricting thumb movement while maintaining the daily functionality of the hand. The Red Dot Award winning design ensures the immobilization of the CMC and MCP joint without restricting the movement of the wrist and the other four fingers.
Painful conditions and irritations of the:
-Thumb joints (e.g., thumb osteoarthritis).
-Rheumatoid arthritis.
Ulnar collateral ligament injuries of the:
-MCP 1 joint (e.g., skier’s thumb).
-Soft tissue injuries (sprains).

Chronic disorders, such as osteoarthritis (OA) of the thumb and acute injuries like skier’s thumb require immobilization of the thumb in an abducted position allowing protected function.
The brace immobilizes the carpometacarpal (CMC) and the first metacarpophalangeal (MCP 1) joints and places the thumb in a functional position. Material composition includes primarily thermoplastic polyurethane, a core out of aluminium alloy and straps made out of polyamide with a latex free formulation. It is easy to clean and machine washable.
