How Does It Work?

To Make It A Moist Heating Pad:

  • Insert clay pack into provided sleeve, fold pack in half and place in center of microwave
  • Microwave on HIGH according to the instructions in the box. Times vary by microwave
  • CAUTION: Follow heating instructions exactly in provided instructions to avoid skin burns

To Make It A Cold Pack:

  • Insert clay pack into provided sleeve and place in the freezer overnight
  • Apply to body for 20-30 minutes and secure with provided strap
  • Re-freeze and re-apply as needed
  • IMPORTANT: Use as directed in order to avoid frost bite
