About Mt. Capra
Our 5th-generation, family-owned, grass-based goat dairy is located in the Pacific Northwest in Centralia, WA. This is where, for the last 92 years, we have been producing the highest quality goat milk products available. Every drop of milk we produce is transported 9 miles down the road to our very own processing facility where we gently transform it into nutritious and wholesome goat milk products.
Our regenerative approach to agriculture and nutrition guarantees that every living organism, from soil to people, is able to thrive.
Goat whey contains a natural array of minerals that are in a bio-available form that the body easily recognizes and can absorb and use. We do not add any minerals to the product, they are found naturally occurring in the whey that comes from goat milk. Other mineral products often come from sources that the body doesn't readily recognize, like coral or limestone, that are hard to digest.
Capra Mineral Whey is a delicious and naturally sweet multi-mineral powder. It contains key electrolytes like sodium, calcium, potassium, and magnesium, as well as trace minerals. It mixes easily and can be added to a variety of things. Minerals are used in hydration, muscle contraction, and for building bones.
The minerals in Capra Mineral Whey come from goat whey, a component of goat milk. Goat milk is alkaline (as opposed to the more acidic nature of cow milk) and it is higher in potassium.
